I finally have internet! My Cingular card quit working saturday night so I wasn't able to post the results until I made it home. This may have been part of the problem I had with doing the Live Broadcast. I just couldn't make it work but I did record the entire day on saturday and will be broadcasting it later this week

Click on the link HERE for the main results. At the bottom of the page are the points for the triple A Mains. In 1/8 we ran the Sportsman and Experts together and I seperated them for the awards.

The Speedway said our racing had the highest spectator draw of any of the attractions before the Indy Car race. I know we had spectators all around the track from 3 to 6 deep anytime we were racing including when the GTP race was on the track!

A special thanks to the companies that came out to display their product and talk to the spectators. I look for this aspect to increase with each event we do. Those companies were Serpent USA, Blue Groove Concepts and Micro Motorsport who setup a Mini Z Track for the spectators to try their hand at RC racing.

IF we hit our entry limits here's how things can work.

Thursday - practice
Friday - practice until 2:00 then 2 rounds of qualifying ending at 8:00pm
Saturday - 1 round of qualifying starting at 8 am. Mains start at
11:30 and end by 7:00pm.

If any problems arise we can have some time on sunday. This can hold with trying to get the majority of our program in on saturday plus give more practice time on friday and one round of qualifying on saturday. We can open the track friday night after qualifying until we need to shut down. Entries must be in by March 10th we can then set a definite schedule since we will know exactly how many qualifiers we will need per round and how many mains we will need.

If we get less than our maximum turnout we can either have a more relazed saturday (get to watch more of the happenings) or add an extra round of qualifying.
